Private reflective listening and lived-experience language support
A 60-minute private session for people who want help being heard and putting difficult lived experience into clearer language. We may explore what happened, what it felt like, what patterns are present, and what words might help you carry or communicate it.
Introductory rate: $50
Session length: 60 minutes

What this session is for
A Witness Session may be a good fit if you are trying to:
- explain something painful without being rushed into advice
- understand why an experience still feels unresolved
- find language for grief, relational pain, invisibility, or misnaming
- turn a difficult lived experience into clearer words
- feel heard without being diagnosed, corrected, or flattened
What you receive
Each session includes:
- one 60-minute private Google Meet conversation
- reflective listening and language support
- help naming patterns, emotional stakes, and possible framing
- optional short written reflection after the session

Witness Sessions are not therapy, counseling, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, or diagnosis. They do not treat mental health conditions and are not a substitute for licensed professional care.

Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund.
Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not refundable.
